- Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience
- Competency in adult, pediatric, and infant phlebotomy
- Competency in skin punctures and bleeding times
- Ability to work Monday–Friday 6:30am–5pm with rotating weekend shifts
- Ability to travel to satellite locations as scheduled
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA
- Computer and data entry skills

- Phlebotomy Technician Certification (NHA)
