Crusoe seeks an experienced electrical commissioning leader to guide technical execution and program strategy across its growing portfolio of AI infrastructure data centers. This role combines deep expertise in power systems and commissioning processes with strategic oversight, vendor management, and team leadership for someone ready to shape how the company scales.

## Required

- 10+ years in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent commissioning experience
- Mastery of full commissioning lifecycle L0 through L6
- Subject matter expertise in electrical systems design, construction, and testing
- Track record developing and deploying commissioning programs across multiple projects
- Commercial and contractual fluency including quoting and vendor management
- Experience managing trade partners and CxAs across concurrent projects
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Mentoring and developing engineers with demonstrated team elevation
- Understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements in construction and commissioning
- Willingness to travel 50% to project sites

## Nice to have

- CxA certification
- Power generation systems integration experience
