- 5+ years solving complex problems with large datasets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Robotics, Physics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with advanced statistical and ML methods
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis
- Ability to work independently and drive projects from problem definition to results
- Clear communication of technical findings to engineering and leadership

## Nice to have

- Master's or PhD degree
- Experience with adversarial scenario generation and closed-loop simulation
- Experience in autonomous driving or robotics evaluation
- Familiarity with data pipelines and distributed compute
- Expertise in modern sequence modeling and uncertainty quantification
