## Required

- Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of engineering experience in information security domains
- 5+ years of engineering experience in Operational Technology or IoT security
- 5+ years of engineering experience in network architecture, design, or segmentation
- 5+ years of experience in technical and strategic planning and leadership
- Experience defining security requirements, managing findings, and mitigating risk across multiple business lines and stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in information security, computer science, or related field
- Experience designing and scaling secure-by-default solutions
- Ability to align business needs with security requirements
- Executive-level communication skills
- Enterprise-wide security program ownership experience
- Experience with on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve security operations
- OT Security standards knowledge such as ISA/IEC 62443 or NIST SP 800-82 Rev 3
- Security industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP
