## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years in global Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Leadership experience on complex cross-functional programs with external partners (3PLs, carriers, brokers)
- Data-driven decision-making with experience in benchmarks, dashboards, and operational reviews
- Hands-on experience with SAP TMS and ERP systems
- Network modeling and high-volume FTL road freight experience

## Nice to have

- High-tech, data center, or semiconductor industry experience
- Data center operations experience
