- Contract review and analysis skills
- Independent technical accounting research and documentation
- Operationalizing accounting processes and driving efficiency
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Communication skills to explain complex accounting to diverse audiences
