## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality
- Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles
- Proven track record planning and managing internal, customer, and regulatory audits
- Strong expertise in CAPA, NCR, and structured problem-solving methodologies
- Experience managing quality document control systems and change management processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

## Nice to have

- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or CMQ/OE certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Direct experience leading ISO 9001 implementation or multi-site expansion
- Experience implementing enterprise QMS software platforms (MasterControl, ETQ, Veeva)
- Experience in fast-growing manufacturing organizations or greenfield facility launches
- Experience with AI, predictive analytics, or digital transformation tools in quality management
