## Required

- 5+ years hands-on paid acquisition or performance marketing experience
- Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads for app acquisition
- Meaningful experience operating TikTok campaigns
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets with pacing and forecasting discipline
- Mobile acquisition measurement and attribution fluency including MMPs
- Strong analytical command of CPI, CPM, CTR, CVR, frequency and install volume
- Ability to diagnose auction, creative, targeting, and tracking problems
- Experience designing test structures that produce interpretable results
- Attention to detail paired with clear business judgment
- Low-ego, high-ownership mindset

## Nice to have

- Media or performance agency background
- Geo-based media planning or DMA-level analysis experience
- Incrementality testing or matched-market study experience
- Retargeting, reactivation, or upper-funnel video campaign experience
- Familiarity with BigQuery, Tableau, or SQL
- Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace
- Experience working with creative teams or UGC production partners
- Snap Ads experience
