## Required

- Experience building security products, running a security team, or doing security work in application security, detection and response, vulnerability research, or offensive security
- Built products or businesses from scratch and shipped them to paying customers
- Strong product judgment with technical depth to assess security findings
- Communicate effectively with CISOs, researchers, and executives

## Nice to have

- 12+ years building and shipping products in security
- Fluency with AI products including evaluations and model behavior as product surface
- Technical background or close work with infrastructure and platform teams
- Ability to break down complex compliance requirements into shippable features
