## Required

- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven leadership managing and executing large technical initiatives
- Extensive experience managing and leading engineers
- Deep learning framework experience (TensorFlow or PyTorch)
- Python fluency with scientific computing libraries
- Track record designing, developing and deploying ML solutions for autonomous vehicles or robotics
- Advanced software engineering knowledge (design, source control, build processes, code reviews, testing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

## Nice to have

- Embedded systems and real-time optimization experience in autonomous driving
- State-of-the-art generative AI and/or reinforcement learning experience
- Publications in major conferences (CVPR, ICML, NeurIPS, ICCV, ICL)
- Strong C++ and/or CUDA programming skills
