- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years leading IT integration projects in manufacturing

- Experience managing cross-functional global teams and vendors
- Waterfall and Agile project management experience
- Ability to communicate with and present to senior leadership
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% at peak times

## Nice to have

- MBA or MS in Engineering or Information Systems
- PMP certification
