## Required

- 2+ years customer service leadership experience
- 18+ years old
- Able to lift 25+ lbs
- Able to stand for long periods
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week
- Must work 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

## Nice to have

- Experience in hospitality, coffee, or beverage industry
- Weekend and holiday availability
