## Required

- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a relevant Master's degree, or 7+ years with a relevant PhD
- 2–5 years directly managing a data science team, ideally in a startup
- 3+ years of startup experience
- Production-ready code writing and testing experience
- End-to-end data science development: planning, success criteria, stakeholder buy-in, solution delivery, and productionalization
- Strong machine learning and statistics fundamentals for rapid solution scoping
- Ability to communicate technical outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Legal authorization and current residence in the United States

## Nice to have

- State-of-the-art machine learning solutions experience
- Familiarity with identity solutions, fintech, or adjacent industries
- Background in fraud detection
