- 2+ years recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops experience
- Technical or fast-paced company background
- Exceptional attention to detail in calendar management and time zones
- Proactive problem-solving without being asked
- Care for candidate and interviewer experience
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
- Reliable follow-through
- San Francisco location or willingness to relocate

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting technical or research teams
- Familiarity with Ashby ATS
