- 15+ years full-stack product engineering experience
- 3+ years at principal or staff level leading cross-functional teams

- Proven track record delivering consumer-grade web and/or mobile experiences at scale
- Expertise in search, recommendation, or applied-AI systems
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes
- Strong data modeling with relational and NoSQL databases
- Application security fluency
- Mentoring and technical vision-setting ability

## Nice to have

- Experience shipping generative AI features (RAG, copilots, chatbots) to thousands of users
