- Experience in high-growth infrastructure environments
- Strong cross-team coordination skills
- Ability to synthesize multi-source data into organizational health metrics
- Experience designing and running operating rhythms

## Nice to have

- Experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, CoreWeave, Lambda Labs, or similar cloud provider
- Experience running SLO, incident review, or change management program at cloud or infrastructure company
- Familiarity with incident.io, Opsgenie, or PagerDuty at scale
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure
