## Required

- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biological science, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology, or CLIA-equivalent education and experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in laboratory testing procedures and equipment specific to the assigned department
- Adherence to compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards
- Ability to handle infectious specimens, caustics, and toxic chemicals safely
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- College-level mathematical and computer reasoning skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends, overtime, and holidays

## Nice to have

- 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience
- Proficiency in a wide variety of laboratory and molecular assays
- Additional language skills beyond English
- Knowledge of advanced laboratory techniques such as DNA/RNA extraction and stem cell isolation
