## Required

- 8+ years of technical program management or similar role leading large cross-team programs
- Strong experience with B2B SaaS products or platforms
- Track record of owning end-to-end delivery for complex technical initiatives from definition through launch
- Technical fluency in modern software architectures and ability to work with engineering teams on systems and tradeoffs
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence across functions without direct authority
- Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences

## Nice to have

- Experience mentoring TPMs
- Experience improving planning frameworks or leading cross-organizational operating models
- Background in identity, access, monetization, billing, or complex business systems
- Non-traditional background or transferable skills
