- Strong communication skills across functions and external counterparties
- Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying process gaps
- Four-year college degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with SOC1, AUP, or similar audit frameworks
- Experience with workflow, reporting, or process documentation tools like Visio
- Familiarity with vendor management and RFP coordination
- Degree in finance, business, economics, or accounting
