- High school diploma
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
- 8-10 years enterprise database administration experience with Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- 5-8 years supporting mission-critical production systems
- Experience administering Oracle environments supporting Fiserv DNA core banking platform
- Experience administering Microsoft SQL Server environments for enterprise applications like Temenos and tMagic
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services and T-SQL
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex database and application performance issues
- Credit union or core banking operations knowledge
