## Summary

This role partners with sales teams to win complex technical deals for a voice AI platform company, designing proof-of-concepts and advising customers on architecture while handling security and compliance topics specific to Europe. You'll split your time between pre-sales technical discovery and hands-on building, turning repeated customer challenges into reusable solutions that scale across the region.

## Required

- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or customer-facing technical pre-sales role
- Professional software engineering experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Rust
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, networking, and secure API design
- Proven track record leading POCs for enterprise customers
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and executive audiences
- Based in EMEA time zone with strong English proficiency
- Familiarity with EMEA procurement, InfoSec, and data privacy expectations including GDPR and data residency

## Nice to have

- Experience with speech recognition, TTS, voice quality analysis, or AI agents orchestrating LLMs
- Knowledge of telephony and real-time media concepts such as SIP, WebRTC, streaming, and WebSocket integrations
- Experience with self-hosted and hybrid deployments including Helm-based installs and production observability
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and data residency in enterprise reviews
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish
