- Ability to partner with Legal on contracts, compliance, and risk
- Highly independent and self-directed problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
