## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Full-stack development fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Strong debugging and technical investigation skills
- Hands-on experience integrating and orchestrating LLMs and agents
- Experience building and scaling AI-native systems in production

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with agent optimization techniques including eval frameworks, agent tooling, vector search engines, context engineering, and prompt engineering
- Experience in asynchronous remote collaboration
