- Knowledge of PCB assembly processes (SMT, THT) and electronic components
- Ability to read BOMs, Gerber files, and engineering drawings
- Strong Excel skills for costing and data analysis
- U.S. Person or eligible for export license under ITAR

## Nice to have

- Experience at Tier 2 or Tier 3 EMS companies
- Supply chain and component sourcing knowledge
- Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes
- Advanced degree or equivalent work experience
