## Required

- Physical ability to lift/carry 45+ lbs, stand/walk up to 8 hours daily, and perform repeated bending and kneeling

## Nice to have

- One year specialized experience as a nursing assistant or in another medical field
- Two years of post-secondary education in nursing, healthcare, or related field like psychology or psychiatric technician programs
- Bachelor's degree with 24+ semester hours in healthcare-related courses
