## Summary

Rogue Fitness seeks an experienced industrial maintenance technician for their Columbus manufacturing facility to diagnose and repair heavy production equipment, perform preventive maintenance on CNC and automated systems, and support plant infrastructure. This role suits someone with 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing who can troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems under pressure and work a flexible 2nd shift schedule.

## Required

- 3+ years of direct maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing
- Proficiency with 480V 3-phase power systems, AC motors, VFDs, and PLCs
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and engineering drawings
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), extended hours, and weekends
- Pass 10-panel drug screen and background check

## Nice to have

- Experience with Trumpf or comparable laser cutting systems
- Familiarity with optics alignment and assist gas systems
- Knowledge of dust extraction units
