- Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent
- Strong Excel and Smartsheet skills
- Clear written communication for status reports and executive summaries
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in production ramp environment

## Nice to have

- Hardware NPI or production ramp experience in robotics, automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics
- Quality systems or regulatory compliance experience
- ERP/MRP system exposure and supply chain planning knowledge
- CAPM or Agile certification
- Dashboard building or light automation skills
