## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related quantitative field
- 4-6+ years of analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, product analytics, or operations analytics experience
- 3+ years of analytics experience in food, operations, or data-heavy industry
- Expert SQL proficiency with complex queries on BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Experience building analytical data models and reusable data assets like dbt models or Looker Explores
- Experience building dashboards and self-service analytics in Looker or similar BI tools
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership and proactive mindset to independently identify opportunities

## Nice to have

- Product management experience in a data-heavy product
- Python experience
- Product analytics or event tracking experience
- Experimentation or A/B testing experience
- Machine learning, AI, or LLM-enabled analytics workflow experience
