- Proven ability to lead large-scale process improvement projects from design through implementation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to identify improvement strategies and drive change management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can engage with and present to executive leadership
- Fluent in Microsoft Office suite

## Nice to have

- Experience in internal consulting, corporate strategy, or business development
