- Demonstrated project or program management in large-scale construction
- Factory tool install or qualification ramp experience
- Leadership and team management capability
- Safety culture advocacy
- Effective communication with executives and technical teams

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of Wet Etch and/or Planar process tool installation, conversion, de-installation
- Enterprise systems and tools experience (planning, procurement, capacity management, quality, safety)
- Third-party supplier management and coordination experience
- PMP, Lean, or 6-Sigma certification
