- Experience designing and maintaining reliable data workflows with orchestration tools
- Strong software architecture and design pattern knowledge
- Testing strategies and CI/CD practices
- Ability to make architectural and technical decisions balancing scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
