## Required

- 6+ years SRE, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development experience
- Production AWS operations experience
- Go or Python proficiency for production tooling
- Terraform expertise
- Container orchestration experience with ECS or Kubernetes
- CI/CD tools experience such as GitHub Actions
- Ability to design reusable platform components
- Understanding of observability practices including metrics, distributed tracing, and SLOs
- Knowledge of failure-based testing and automated recovery strategies

## Nice to have

- Microservices architecture experience
- Kafka or event streaming systems exposure
- Internal developer platform or self-service infrastructure building experience
- Systems security, compliance, or hardening practices familiarity
