- 3+ years delivering production-quality software
- Strong computer science foundation
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools
- Expertise building microservices in Golang, Java, C++ or similar
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Professional experience with log/metric aggregation software
- Experience working with external stakeholders
- Strong software engineering and communication skills

## Nice to have

- Deep passion for distributed systems
- Familiarity with microservice architectures and infrastructure platforms
- Experience building with LLM APIs or agentic workflows
