- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Ability to work in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Planning, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies

## Nice to have

- Experience with PLM tools including TeamCenter, IPDM, NX, CATIA, VisMockup, or REDARS
