## Required

- 3-5 years of athletic footwear design experience
- Proficiency with Performance Tech Pack and 2D blueprint creation
- Strong knowledge of foot anatomy and footwear biomechanics
- Excellent rendering and presentation skills
- High-level footwear materials knowledge
- Understanding of footwear manufacturing processes and technologies
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage complex problems in fast-paced environments
- Ability to travel to sourcing countries, factories, and brand events

## Nice to have

- Experience or interest in running
- Knowledge of 3D software (Blender, SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot)
- AI design and agentic tools experience
