- Vendor negotiation and contract management skills
- Multi-site budget ownership with data-driven cost modeling
- Grounding in sustainable food service practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel 25-30% to company sites
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

## Nice to have

- Culinary services, foodservice operations, or hospitality management background
- Experience building catering or events programs for industrial, logistics, or data center settings
- Familiarity with ESG/sustainability reporting related to food sourcing and waste
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) or knowledge of data center and manufacturing safety requirements
