- 8+ years in a growth role at a tech or SaaS company
- Hands-on experience improving trial, purchase, or renewal funnels
- Understanding of how self-serve and sales-assisted motions work together in B2B SaaS
- Default to evidence-based decision making over opinion
- Set vision and strategy rather than execute others' plans
- Lead and influence across cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Build strong working relationships across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales
- Genuine understanding of user needs and end-to-end customer journeys
- Record of designing and running experiments
- Comfortable owning ambiguity and getting things done
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience scaling products in the Atlassian Marketplace or comparable ecosystem
- Familiarity with in-app messaging platforms like Appcues
