- Ability to supervise and train Recreation Aides

- Accurate record-keeping and cash handling knowledge
- Ability to operate calculators, computerized Bingo equipment, and cash registers
- Neat and clean personal appearance
- Ability to communicate courteously with diverse backgrounds and military/civilian ranks
- Ability to understand and follow basic verbal instructions
- Ability to meet federal employment suitability requirements including background check and E-Verify
