- 5+ years of engineering experience
- Willing to travel 10–20% domestically and internationally
- U.S. Person status for export control compliance

## Nice to have

- 9+ years of engineering experience (for Senior level)
- 3+ years in Propulsion Engineering
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- Experience resolving complex engine installation and integration problems
- Background in system integration and supplier oversight in aerospace
- Qualification testing and technical documentation experience
- Knowledge of airplane safety and certification
- Aircraft Fuel System equipment design and certification knowledge
- Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) experience
- Experience with RCCAs, BPSMs, fault trees, and cause maps
- 14 CFR Part 25 certification experience
- Understanding of large transport category aircraft certification
