## Required

- Bachelor's degree or associate degree or relevant technical trade skills
- 4+ years quality assurance experience in aerospace, high-reliability electronics, or mechanical assembly
- 2+ years team lead or supervisory role with hiring and performance review responsibility
- Experience with inspection practices, build/test documentation, and QA/QC principles
- Knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and aerospace quality requirements
- Working knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, J STD 001, and GD&T
- Experience in cleanroom and ESD-safe manufacturing environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with Quality Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital documentation tools
- U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance

## Nice to have

- Certified Quality Technician or similar certification
- Experience with MES, ERP, PLM or quality systems like Jira, Aegis, D365, or Windchill
- Experience reviewing work travelers or complex multi-system documentation packages
- Experience with defect documentation, nonconformance management, and root cause investigation
