- 5+ years of apparel or fashion design experience

- Digital design skills in Adobe CC Suite and 3D tools like CLO
- Knowledge of apparel product creation process
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively and present to stakeholders
- Ability to translate consumer insights into design solutions aligned with business objectives
- Strong collaborative and communication skills across cross-functional teams
