- Change management or transformation program experience
- Track record building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
- Clear communication skills with experience presenting to senior audiences
- Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR technology

## Nice to have

- Project management certifications (PMI, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Signavio experience
- Mentoring experience and passion for developing others
