- 8+ years in infrastructure or platform security
- Deep understanding of secure cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Knowledge of identity and access management and system hardening
- Proficiency with Terraform, CDK, Kubernetes, and CI/CD security
- Experience shipping secure, resilient systems at scale
- Ability to balance engineering realities with security principles

## Nice to have

- Experience building or scaling security automation pipelines
- Open-source security project contributions
- GCP Security Engineer, AWS, CISSP, or OSCP certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field
