- Translate complex technical analysis into business insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data proficiency
- Operate effectively in matrixed environments and influence without authority
- Undergraduate degree in business, technical, or science discipline

- VDI/CloudPC experience
- SSO/Identity Management (PingID) experience
