- 7+ years of progressive treasury or corporate finance experience
- Direct exposure to debt compliance, cash forecasting, and bank relationship management
- Working knowledge of credit agreements and covenant compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Treasury management system experience (Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail

## Nice to have

- Private equity-backed or high-growth manufacturing environment experience
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or progress toward it
- MBA or other advanced degree in finance
- Multi-currency and international treasury experience
