- Track record driving execution across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Experience with AI tools in daily workflow for prototyping and analysis
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, field teams, marketing, and data teams
- Ownership of change management and adoption rollout

- Experience building products for field or frontline users (retail, sales, service)
- Track record working with data and analytics teams on customer intelligence or measurement
