- JD or equivalent U.S. law degree
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8+ years of technology-related commercial legal experience
- Experience leading complex enterprise negotiations with Fortune 500 customers
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
- Experience with data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA)
- Security and compliance framework knowledge
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage high-volume workload
