## Required

- 8+ years automotive hardware design and release engineering
- Direct ownership of infotainment, displays, cabin electronics, or HMI platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Systems Engineering
- Bridge UX/Product vision to automotive engineering requirements
- Manage release timelines, vendor delivery, and OEM integration milestones
- Deep technical knowledge of automotive display technologies, touch interfaces, audio systems, lighting, and in-cabin communication protocols
- Validation documentation and processes (DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA)
- Manufacturing BOM and ECN process expertise
- CAD systems (NX, CATIA) and PLM system proficiency
- Vehicle integration, packaging, and functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
- Lead complex initiatives and cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- Professional proficiency or fluency in Korean
- Experience defining or testing passenger-facing UX/HMI for autonomous vehicles or robotaxis
- Automotive OEM experience or large-scale platform integration as Tier 1 partner
- Knowledge of vehicle assembly plants and OEM launch milestones
