- 8+ years software engineering experience

- Sound software engineering principles and practices
- U.S. person status for ITAR/EAR compliance

## Nice to have

- 12+ years experience
- Knowledge of global finance, financial data, or blockchain/cryptocurrency
- Experience building or maintaining large-scale databases or real-time data flows
- Database schema design and query optimization experience
- ETL and file format ingestion knowledge
- Modern coding practices with emphasis on type safety, unit testing, and CI/CD
- Strength in either front-end or back-end with full-stack skills preferred
- Experience designing high-volume request APIs
- Broad technical knowledge including systems engineering, architecture, networking, and testing in agile environments
- Agile team experience
