## Required

- 3+ years in human resources, technical training, learning and development, or related field
- Manufacturing experience
- Curriculum development experience
- Learning Management System administration
- Strong facilitation and technical training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and quality assurance requirements
- Ability to lift 10-30 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and traverse catwalks

## Nice to have

- Bachelor of Science degree
- Experience with Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or TalentLMS
- Experience with authoring tools like Camtasia or Articulate
- Training facilitation or teaching experience
- Comfort with virtual instructor-led delivery platforms
- Experience in competency-based development environments
